Pilots used reverse thrusters to back away from gate.This forced ice chunks


into the oil filtration which then caused incorrect thrust level readings on the rollout. De-icing agent was the wrong strength, and should have been done again. Co-pilot even mentioned, "Damn I have never seen so much snow/ice on the wings" before take off. If any of the above had not happened, or the pilots aborted take-off due to unverified incorrect thrust readings, the accident probably would not have happened.
